Hello! My name is Shelley. I have been in practice for over a decade, and work with individuals and families on the various manifestations of distress that can occur in the perinatal period including:

Conception ambivalence
Infertility
Pregnancy mood & anxiety disorders
Gender disappointment/grief
Birth trauma
NICU trauma
Postpartum mood & anxiety disorders
Pregnancy loss, stillbirth, & infant loss

I am a PMH-C (certified in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International) and have also completed the Compassionate Bereavement Care certification to support bereaved families through the MISS Foundation. I strongly believe in the importance of therapist/client fit, and as such offer a free 50-min consultation to new clients to get together and see how it could feel working together. This is also a good opportunity to have questions answered and discuss how therapy might be useful at this time.
