The Valentine Growth Studio is offering its furnished therapy office to one licensed clinician on the days I am not in the office. This is a great fit for a therapist who wants a quiet, private, professional space without the cost of a full-time lease.

Location: Park Place Waterfront Office Suites, 19550 International Blvd, SeaTac, WA 98188

Schedule: Choose 2 or 3 days per week from Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. The office is shared with one clinician only, and access is limited strictly to the days you reserve in advance.

Rent: $550 per month, flat rate. The rate is the same whether you choose 2 or 3 days, since the space is held exclusively for just one other clinician.

Deposit: One month’s rent ($550) is due as a damage deposit that is eligible for return upon the return of the office key. 

What’s included:

• Fully furnished office
• Sitting area for clients to wait
• Wifi
• Sound machine (please return it to the charger before you leave)
• Added soundproofing beyond standard construction, including a lined door with a sound stopper underneath and a soundproof blanket for the door’s glass panel, to be slid open and closed between clients

Office policies:

• Printer use is not included
• No personal items may be stored in the office
• Access only on your reserved days

Requirements: Current Washington license and proof of professional liability insurance.
