This introduction will cover some of the basics you need to know, what it means to work with a Trans person as part of your practice or specialty, how to be affirming in your work, and give you a chance to ask questions.The number of Trans Folx is growing quickly, especially in WA state. When a person transitions it disrupts their world, both internally and relationally. Regardless of your specialty/practice Trans Folx will show up. It’s imperative we’re able to work with this expanding population. Join us for discussion, techniques, concerns, and a robust Q&A session.

About the Presenter:
Sar is a Non-Binary Trans, systemic LMFT based out of Redmond, WA. She specializes in Identity, Consensual Non-Monogamy, and Consent. Sar is author of, "The Consent
Primer," an internationally known Consent educator, an MFT supervisor, an advocate for non-binary & Trans individuals, and works as a professor at Antioch University.
