I am a relational psychodynamic therapist and narrative focused trauma care practitioner living and working in Kitsap County, WA. In my practice, I offer psychotherapy in-person on Bainbridge Island or via telehealth to anyone residing in Washington State. Story Work is open to anyone worldwide.
I fundamentally believe that we are made for connection and as such, healing happens through relationship. Together we can explore the deeper processes that silently and unconsciously shape and drive your thoughts, emotions, behaviors and desires.
Specialities include: Processing childhood trauma and abuse, navigating adolescence/ transition to adulthood, exploring sex, gender and sexuality.
