Topics can include: burnout, compassion fatigue, secondary traumatic stress, vicarious trauma, depersonalization, workoholism. By sharing knowledge and strategies, we aim to foster a supportive community where counselors can find inspiration and practical solutions to sustain their passion and effectiveness in their work.

Health Equity 

Please review the requirements in this link to the WA State Department of Health and consider submitting a proposal. Workshops must be a minimum of 2 credit hours to meet the requirement for healthcare professionals. In addition, proposals must include implicit bias training to identify strategies to reduce bias during assessment and diagnosis and must include at least one additional area.
