In order to do that, you need trusted advisors, high quality training, and a friendly community. The problem is there is no roadmap for continued growth after licensure, which makes you feel lost, confused, and frustrated. We believe clinicians deserve a clear roadmap towards long lasting professional success and confidence. As seasoned clinicians, we understand what it feels like to be lost after licensure, which is why we created our own roadmap which enabled us to grow in our careers as leaders, respected clinicians, and build confidence and strategy when faced with challenge and burnout. We want to share our roadmap with you so you don’t have to stagger along or feel stagnant while trying to figure it out, like we did! Save time, money, and energy using our proven methods that we used ourselves. Here’s how we do it: 1. Share key insights and knowledge from our own practices, those of our clients, and those in the field in our newsletter and emails. 2. Teach you clinical ethics, best practices, research backed interventions, and ways to expertly work with complex issues and distress. 3. We offer a premiere program, The Clinician Vision Program, that is an email delivered 26 mini-lesson course that will teach everything you need to know that your clinical master's program didn't teach you about practicing as a mental health provider. At the end of the Clinician Vision Program you will have learned the most important topics and tactics you need to know as a mental health clinician to build an exceptional practice. And in the meantime, check out our weekly posts on social media or our Facebook Group, Clinician Development Collective. So you can stop feeling lost, frustrated, and confused and instead feel confident, knowledgeable, and supported!

Lisa A Elliott
Anxiety Consulting and Coaching Couples Therapy and Divorce Crisis Depression and Bipolar Depth Psychology Geriatrics and Lifespan Grief and Loss Life Transitions Psychotherapy PTSD Women's Issues Workplace and Career Lisa Elliott is a graduate of Antioch University Seattle after an internship with Dr. Sharon Stanley, an internationally known thought-leader in somatic psychotherapy, and has completed Dr. Stanley’s advanced training program. Her holistic and transpersonal philosophy has developed from a previous career in health and movement coaching, as well as her leadership of the online Vagus Study Group. Lisa works with adults, and is compassionate and informed with all expressions of gender and identity. She is a fierce and open-hearted advocate for those who occupy marginalized places in their communities. She works with individuals and two-person relationships (partners, friends, siblings, parent and child) experiencing, stress, anxiety, depression, addiction in the family system, trauma, grief, loss, and other mental health concerns. Lisa also specializes in working with issues related to pregnancy, child-birth, and the challenges of living with chronic illness. Lisa comes to counseling and spiritual guidance from earlier careers in photography, community organizing, construction project management, and aerial acrobatics performance and coaching. She is a mother of two young adults, and has walked the path of parenting as a single. She is also a consultant for individuals struggling with chronic illness, bridging the disciplines of mental and physical health. This focus has led to a holistic philosophy of healing and personal growth, and to a deep study of our embodiment of stress and trauma, as well as of the sources of our vitality and resilience. Contemplative practices, as well as other transformative spiritual experiences, weave through her work as powerful tools for health and peace. Lisa specializes in the integration of these experiences so that clients can “live into” their promise. As an increasing number of people access the healing power of plant medicines, as well as transformation of consciousness through meditation and ritual, ongoing integration support is crucial. She is the founder of the Vagus Study Group, which focuses on the ways our life experiences (including ancestral and prenatal ones) imprint on our embodiment and influence our emotional, physical and relational lives, both at an individual and a collective level. This international collaborative learning group has over 14,000 members, including leaders in somatic psychotherapy, spiritual teachers, and trauma-informed manual and movement therapists. In addition to her leadership role, her personal contributions to the group emphasize the social justice and ecosystemic implications of this fertile scientific and intellectual ground. The accumulated knowledge and wisdom from her studies and experiences inform her work with clients dealing with emotional and physical health challenges, including complex and developmental trauma. Her depth of expertise also provides the foundation for her work in the integration of spiritual growth with the embodied psyche, in the context of our current culture and daily lives.

Anxiety Behavioral Health Crisis Depression and Bipolar Disabilities Domestic Violence EMDR Life Transitions Medical and Rehabilitation Psychotherapy PTSD Solution Focused Brief Therapy Women's Issues First and foremost, my practice is a judgment free zone. I will meet you where you're at with a sense of curiosity and compassion. I encourage clients to check their judgments of themselves to make way for progress, hope, and resilience! I promote a mindfulness-based approach to help to foster self-compassion, humor, and personal growth. I am a kink aware, sex positive, and LGBTQ+ friendly provider. My theoretical approach is eclectic. I have used Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), which is complementary to trauma work and has helped me to prepare my clients to engage in more intense memory processing by utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I utilize Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused Therapy techniques to address ambivalence, elicit change talk, and collaboratively prioritize short and long-term goals. ***********CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW TELEHEALTH PATIENTS***************
