While not limited to these modalities, I have found myself drawn to ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). I have also registered and paid in advance for EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) training once in-person conferences resume.
