Adolescents Anxiety Behavioral Health Children Consulting and Coaching Crisis Depression and Bipolar Eating Disorders EMDR Family Therapy Grief and Loss Groups Life Transitions Psychotherapy PTSD Solution Focused Brief Therapy Women's Issues Workplace and Career At Clinician Development Collective we know that you want to be an exceptional mental health clinician. In order to do that, you need trusted advisors, high quality training, and a friendly community. The problem is there is no roadmap for continued growth after licensure, which makes you feel lost, confused, and frustrated. We believe clinicians deserve a clear roadmap towards long lasting professional success and confidence. As seasoned clinicians, we understand what it feels like to be lost after licensure, which is why we created our own roadmap which enabled us to grow in our careers as leaders, respected clinicians, and build confidence and strategy when faced with challenge and burnout. We want to share our roadmap with you so you don’t have to stagger along or feel stagnant while trying to figure it out, like we did! Save time, money, and energy using our proven methods that we used ourselves. Here’s how we do it: 1. Share key insights and knowledge from our own practices, those of our clients, and those in the field in our newsletter and emails. 2. Teach you clinical ethics, best practices, research backed interventions, and ways to expertly work with complex issues and distress. 3. We offer a premiere program, The Clinician Vision Program, that is an email delivered 26 mini-lesson course that will teach everything you need to know that your clinical master's program didn't teach you about practicing as a mental health provider. At the end of the Clinician Vision Program you will have learned the most important topics and tactics you need to know as a mental health clinician to build an exceptional practice. And in the meantime, check out our weekly posts on social media or our Facebook Group, Clinician Development Collective. So you can stop feeling lost, frustrated, and confused and instead feel confident, knowledgeable, and supported!

Anxiety Behavioral Health Crisis Depression and Bipolar Disabilities Domestic Violence EMDR Life Transitions Medical and Rehabilitation Psychotherapy PTSD Solution Focused Brief Therapy Women's Issues First and foremost, my practice is a judgment free zone. I will meet you where you're at with a sense of curiosity and compassion. I encourage clients to check their judgments of themselves to make way for progress, hope, and resilience! I promote a mindfulness-based approach to help to foster self-compassion, humor, and personal growth. I am a kink aware, sex positive, and LGBTQ+ friendly provider. My theoretical approach is eclectic. I have used Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), which is complementary to trauma work and has helped me to prepare my clients to engage in more intense memory processing by utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I utilize Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused Therapy techniques to address ambivalence, elicit change talk, and collaboratively prioritize short and long-term goals. ***********CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW TELEHEALTH PATIENTS***************

I love listening to people and hearing their stories! I am genuinely curious about people’s lives and enjoy helping people find their strengths. I enjoy working with LGBTQ+ and BIPOC folx and allies for domestic violence, ADHD, ASD, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, self-esteem, and self-exploration. ! I am an ADHDer and domestic violence survivor. I also love running counseling groups! Groups give people the opportunity to meet new people, talk about what’s going on their lives, and support one another. Studies show group counseling is equally as effective as individual counseling! I have groups for Neurodiversity (teens and adults), Women and nonbinary people, and for Healing from Domestic Violence (groups for all genders). This degree equipped me as a counseling professional to teach in higher education classrooms by learning the theory and practice of educating and supervising future counselors in clinical, behavioral, and human services settings. It also allowed me to learn and apply leadership skills in these same setting through teaching, training, and consultation. Over time and through experience I have become very passionate about the supervision process for new professionals and the consultation process for seasoned professionals. I have taught various classes as an Assistant Professor for a CACREP accredited and ACA approved counselor education and supervision doctoral program and have also taught adjunct for master’s level counseling classes. I belong to the following organizations: • American Counseling Association (ACA) • American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) • Washington Mental Health Counselors Association (WMHCA) • Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (ACES) • Western Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (WACES) Clinically, I have been providing mental health and substance use disorder services for over 25 years. I am currently the co-owner of Fountaingate Wellness in Marysville, WA. I enjoy collaborating with counselors who wish to enthusiastically approach the supervision process to grow personally and professionally. I prefer supervisees who are looking for more than a supervision experience of merely checking off boxes, but rather, one who is willing to wrestle with oneself as an instrument of change that won’t get in the way of the change process. If that is you and you would like to collaborate with me, please contact me for details on the next step.
