I have additional training in trauma and addiction. I offer attuned presence in a non-judgmental environment, inviting ongoing exploration. I join people as they explore historical narratives and offer genuine involvement in uncovering patterns that cause distress. I help clients gain awareness of themselves and their development as it relates to present day challenges. I help people learn to listen to themselves, mind, body, spirit, and to respond with compassion.
