I believe treatment begins with the individual’s symptoms and goals. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and regularly utilize informed practices such as Parts Work for trauma, grounding, motivational interviewing (MI), Narrative Therapy, and crisis intervention. I have helped those struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal ideation, family conflict, and disconnection from their social environment. My work focuses on working with pre-teens, teens, and young adults. However, I have experience working with adults experiencing psychosis, OCD, and co-occurring disorders.
