I spent 10 years working with kids and families in crisis in King Co. and I currently provide trainings to youth serving organizations regarding how to engage with participants experiencing a mental health crisis. I LOVE providing reflective clinical supervision that focuses on the whole person of the clinician. I am experienced working with the LGBTQIA+ community and actively work on addressing racist and ablest biases that come up within me as a result of growing up as a straight, CIS, White woman in the PNW. I am currently focused on learning IFS and am EMDR certified and work mainly with adults living with CPTSD.
