I have spent many years getting extra training and education to specialize in children and adolescent mental health, although I do work with adults as well. I tend to use humor and sarcasm throughout the therapeutic process and tend to use a more eclectic approach to therapy as I believe that everyone is a unique individual and what works for one person, may not work for another.
